After reading your motivation letter and your clinical history, Ayahuasca-Wasi will send you an e-mail to confirm your participation or ask you for more information if necessary.

Submission of the online medical questionnaire.

A personal motivation letter. In this letter, we ask you to include with your application a short piece describing your reasons for attending the Workshop and previous experiences on your "personal quest" (mystical experiences, participation in religious groups, meditation or other techniques, use of psychoactive substances). Please also let us know about any serious medical, psychological or drug dependency problems you may suffer from.
