During the 7 day Conscious Cleanse, you will experience…
- A Guided, Personalized Fast based on your intentions, current health and lifestyle. Depending on your needs, each cleanse will consist of fresh, organic juices, herbal teas, vegetable soup broths and psyllium husk/bentonite clay shakes to aid in the elimination of toxins.

The regular rooms are very nice, clean and comfortable with a modern bathroom detached (just a few steps) from the room.
